If you suffer an allergy to flowers, particularly of the Asteraceae family or carrots, we recommend steering clear of Lunar Latte.

Make your own Moon Milk by adding  2 heaped teaspoons (6 g) to a little warm milk. Stir to combine. Add the remaining milk to make 200 ml. For sweetness, add 1 teaspoon maple syrup or local raw honey.
