Unfortunately, we are not able to change orders once they are purchased due to our fast packing. Because of this, please be extremely careful when placing your order and double check that you have ordered the correct products and placed the correct address including the correct postal code and company name (if there is one). If you have not received what you ordered, (first check your receipt email for a full list of what you ordered) please get in touch immediately at email@example.com.
If the address is incorrect, eventually Australia Post will send the package back which can take several weeks. We will re-send the package as soon as we receive it, however you will need to first pay for all shipping costs. Due to hygiene reasons, there are no refunds for incorrect orders or change of mind.
