DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is free over $50 within Australia. Regular shipping is used for all orders. Please note that we are shipping out of WA. See below for delivery times.

International Shipping

New Zealand receives a flat rate of $15 OR FREE over $99.

Costs vary for each country. A flat rate fee applies to each country. This will be shown in the checkout.

Please note: All import taxes, charges and duties are unable to be included in the item/s and shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure to check with the customs office in the country of destination before ordering to find out what the additional costs will be before purchasing. Please note that there are also no tracking numbers offered for international orders. We also do not accept any responsibility for orders once they have been lodged via Australia Post.

DELIVERY

Australia post is our domestic delivery company. Delivery can take from 1-7 working days depending on your distance from Perth. Deliveries within WA take as little as 1-2 working days. Please note that delivery times can be delayed due to public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas. Please expect deliveries to take an extra 3 working days during these times. Please note we do not take responsibility for delivery times as this is out of our hands once we send the package off to be delivered.

Authority to Leave

Please note that Australian Post drivers decide if a location is considered safe when leaving a parcel at your door. If you have any issues with this or would like to know more, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 or auspost.com.au/help/ .

Please note you are responsible to inform us if your delivery is lost, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us without delay at info@naturalsociety.com.au . Replacement products are only sent out after investigation which can delay the process. Please note we do not take responsibility for damaged and lost products once they have been delivered.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change orders once they are purchased due to our fast packing. Because of this, please be extremely careful when placing your order and double check that you have ordered the correct products and placed the correct address including the correct postal code and company name (if there is one). If you have not received what you ordered, (first check your receipt email for a full list of what you ordered) please get in touch immediately at info@naturalsociety.com.au.

If the address is incorrect, eventually Australia Post will send the package back which can take several weeks. We will re-send the package as soon as we receive it, however you will need to first pay for all shipping costs (even if the order is over $40). Due to hygiene reasons, there are no refunds for incorrect orders or change of mind.

Our fantastic loyalty program will give you $1 credit to spend in store on every $25 spent in one transaction. You can redeem this on any purchase over $50.

REVIEWS

You also receive .10 cents credit to spend in store for leaving a review. The review can be good, bad, ugly, whatever you want, you still get .10 cents! Leave 10 reviews, get $1!

Do I have to put my name down for my review?

No you don’t, you can write “anonymous” if you like.

Why can’t I leave more than one review?

We are the strictest site in Australia for having real, honest reviews. Only one review is able to be left per product, per IP address. Unfortunately, this means that you and your sister (living in the same house) cannot both leave a review for the same product. As you can see, we take product reviews very seriously. Our strict policy allows members to get nothing but the truth, so they can make real decisions about real products.

To get 10% off, sign up to Natural Society. A code will be generated automatically. This code is valid for 7 days. This will give you 10% off on your next purchase over $50.

To login, select “login” from the homepage and sign in using your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, select “forgot my password” and a new one will be emailed to you. This can take up to 10 minutes. If you have any further issues please contact us at info@naturalsociety.com.au .

Please note that it is your responsibility to sign in before paying for your items. We are not able to give credit after a purchase if you have forgotten to sign in.

Unfortunately, all items must be sent out via the post. We hope to change this one day so that you can collect in person!

We don’t and cannot keep your card details on file. If your credit card details pop up when you return to the site to pay, this is an option that is available on your own personal computer, which you can adjust. When you make a payment, this passes through the system without being stored or shared. Our member’s login allows you to save your address for fast checkouts however this option is up to you. You are not obligated to store your address and we will never share it with anyone should you choose to. When you sign up for our newsletter, we do not and never will send or share your email address with any company, ever.

Some all-natural products contain small amounts of ingredients such as beeswax, honey or goats milk. Beeswax is a natural ingredient that allows oils and liquids such as water to be mixed without separation. Wax also gives structure to some products and allows for a smooth application. Any products on the site that may contain minimal amounts of these ingredients must source them sustainably and must use cruelty free methods.
